Present in Paris since 2001, Imprima expanded its Paris iRooms and Financial Communications hub in April 2007 and relocated to 13 boulevard Haussmann. Fully equipped with multiple state of the art conference rooms, including one that can seat over 20 clients, the Imprima Paris office manages and controls all your virtual data room needs and financial communications for IPO's, Rights Issues, Fund Raising, Offerings of Equity and Debt and Compliance Reporting.

We offer a local service with a global reach, iRooms management, translation, typesetting, printing, modern conference facilities and distribution.

The office is staffed by a multi lingual and multicultural team and is linked directly to our document management network in London, enabling multi-language proofs to be sent, received and distributed simultaneously to unlimited locations.
