These include on-site solutions for the realisation of transactional documents for IPOs and other Equity Capital Markets, M&A and Debt Capital Markets, integrating traditional financial printing with Imprima's online drafting tool, iDrafts. On offer from Warsaw is a full portfolio of due diligence solutions using Imprima's market leading Virtual Dataroom, iRooms.
